Under this service we ship the products on the same say on which the order is placed and mostly the next day delivery for cities within Tamil Nadu will be Ensured. For other states the products will be delivered within the maximum of three days. Unless there is no unexpected delay due to any other external cause.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer has convenience to cancel an order place through several methods. If customer has ordered a product and paid for the same online through payment gateway then, customer can mail us at rgfoodproducts@thenanoils.com with your order number. The customer has to cancel order before 3pm because after that cancellation of the order will not be possible as, we process orders received before 3pm every day and ship them on the same day.
As mentioned the process for packing and delivery to the courier partners starts as soon as the orders are placed for best service. So sometimes it is not possible for us to cancel the order if the packed orders are delivered to the courier personnel’s, so such orders are fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
